CallQAi is a generative AI–powered platform that evaluates and analyzes sales calls at scale. By automating transcription, aggregation, and insight generation, CallQAi enables consistent, objective performance evaluations and integrates seamlessly with tools like HubSpot.

I worked on a multidisciplinary team at Fulcrum Analytics to design and build CallQAi in collaboration with MPI, an outbound sales generation partner. This was a multi-year, end-to-end product effort spanning early product ideation, iterative development and testing, brand and marketing creation, and public launch.

I owned the product across disciplines, serving as Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, Front-End Developer, Brand Designer, Website Developer, and Marketing Coordinator, and was responsible for shaping both the user experience and the market presence of CallQAi from concept through release.

Team Challenges:

  • Working with a small, highly cross-functional team

  • Navigating a rapidly evolving generative AI landscape

  • Balancing feature requests from industry experts with limited resources and fixed timelines

Solutions & Approach:

  • With limited resources, the team operated in a highly collaborative, multi-hat environment. Each member contributed across disciplines to ensure sprint goals were met without sacrificing quality.

  • To keep pace with advances in AI, we continuously evaluated emerging models in a development environment, assessing their performance and real-world value before deciding whether to integrate them into production.

  • Our industry partner, MPI, was deeply involved throughout development, regularly testing the product and providing feedback and feature requests. As product manager, I was responsible for triaging these requests and determining how, or if, they fit into the roadmap. This required balancing partner-specific needs against broader user value, development effort, resource constraints, and sprint timelines.

Personal Challenge & Growth:

  • My primary personal challenge was managing the breadth of responsibilities I owned across the product lifecycle. In addition to product management and design, I led brand development, built the marketing website, and created go-to-market materials such as blog content, pitch decks, and webinar assets.

  • This experience strengthened my ability to prioritize, context-switch effectively, and maintain a cohesive product and brand vision while operating across product, design, engineering, and marketing.
